Manene
Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Classico
Nero d’Avola 60%, Frappato 40%
It all began with this wine. I gave it the name my son Emanuele used for himself as a child. Manene brings together Nero d’Avola and Frappato and tells the most personal side of my work: the return to the countryside, the first harvests, the wish to create something that would last. It is the Cerasuolo to start from if you want to get to know my winery.
