Forfice
Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Classico · cru
Nero d’Avola 50%, Frappato 50%
There is a spot in our vineyards where the sand mixes with clay: it is called Forfice. I have dedicated a wine to this difference, made from a selected plot of Frappato and Nero d’Avola. It is an invitation to notice how much a Cerasuolo can change from one soil to another.
