Withdrawal and returns

Withdrawal

As these are food products, the right of withdrawal provided for by articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005) is excluded under article 59(1)(d) and (e) of the same Code. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

Broken bottles

If one or more bottles arrive broken, contact us at info@vinicali.it or on +39 0932 510082 quoting your order number; if you can, attach a few photos. We will replace them or refund you, at no cost to you.

If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, we recommend accepting it “with reservation” on the courier’s delivery note.
