Where we ship

We ship within Italy only. For shipping to other countries, write to us at info@vinicali.it: we consider each case individually.

How much it costs

Shipping costs €14.99 for orders up to €70 and is free for orders over €70. The cost is always shown on the payment page before you confirm your order.

From 12 bottles (two cases of 6) a 10% discount is applied automatically to the price of the wines in the whole order.

How long it takes

Orders placed by 11 am on a working day are delivered within 2 working days. For later orders the 2 days start from the next working day.

In December delivery may take longer. In any case we deliver within 30 days of the order.

Delivery

The courier delivers to the address given in the order and only to adults: they may ask for an identity document. We recommend giving an address where someone is in during the day.

Damaged parcel or broken bottles

Check the parcel on delivery: if it is visibly damaged, accept it “with reservation” on the courier’s delivery note. For any problem with the shipment contact us at info@vinicali.it or on +39 0932 510082, quoting your order number: we will sort it out straight away.
